“I’m a grateful wife, sister, daughter, and mother of three creative adults. I’m a lover of life who thrives while helping people feel more present and alive each day. Growing up in a family overshadowed by pain and addiction, I found joy in nature, gymnastics and dance. As a young adult, I began my healing journey, practicing yoga, attending 12-step meetings, becoming a teacher and getting married. I noticed recurring personal and family patterns and recognized inner resistance that prevented me from getting my relational needs met. After my first marriage ended, I struggled through single parenting and several unhappy relationships. I found my way to The Relationship School, where I began recognizing how deep connection and shared experience allows individuals to find meaning and grow through life’s adversities. I also came to understand the value of taking personal responsibility. My second marriage is a spiritual path that I am walking with my loving husband. Together we’re having fun creating a mutual partnership. We fall down at times and get back up quicker, stronger, and more connected. With masters’ degrees in education and exercise physiology and certifications in yoga, movement therapy, and relationship coaching, it’s my passion to help people find the safety they need in their close relationships to fully express who they truly are while receiving the love they desire. I offer a safe space of deep listening in which you can survey your relational landscape and explore your thoughts and feelings. I ask investigative questions. I use “”present centered coaching,” as a way to feel emotions in the body, increasing your ability to quickly understand what you bring to intimate relationships, and explore core concerns. I’m excited to guide and challenge my clients, shining light into the shadows while helping them face their fear. “Let your curiosity be greater than your fear” – Pema Chodron”
